We currently ship within Canada. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed. Orders placed on federal holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Orders over $100 CAD before taxes ship free within Canada.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days of being placed, including processing time. The estimated transit time for your shipping option is shown at checkout. Remote and northern locations may take longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST or HST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Damaged or missing orders
